Cancellation Policy:
1.1 Cancellation Time Frame: Customers may cancel orders or services within a period of 24 hours from the moment of order placement. Subsequent to this period, cancellations and refunds will not be entertained.
1.2 Conditions and Restrictions for Cancellations: Cancellation requests are subject to approval and will be declined after the stipulated 24-hour window or if the order is processed or Shipped. Customized or personalized orders are non-cancellable.
1.3 Refunds of Order Cancellation by Customer: If customer cancel the order within 24 hours, we’ll initiate the refund after deducting 10% cancellation charges on the total amount and remaining amount will be transferred back within 5-7 Working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Festivals, National or Special days).
Refund Policy:
2.1 Refunds for Damaged Goods: Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Only replacements will be initiated in the event of receiving damaged or broken items. To substantiate such claims, customers must provide a video recording during the unboxing process, clearly displaying the extent of damage.
2.2 Refund Request Time Frame: Customers must submit replacement of damaged / broken goods requests within 24 hours of the product(s) delivery. After 24 hours of product delivery, no such claims will be accepted.
2.3 Non-Replaceable Products: All products are inherently non-replaceable, except in cases where damage occurs during shipping.
Partial Refunds:
3.1 Partial Refund Considerations: Partial refunds will not be considered under any circumstances.
3.2 Refund due to KYC Failure: In case of order related to sensitive goods like Acids, Chloroform, Corrosive Chemicals or Sensitive Chemicals, Detailed KYC is required as per the declarations mentioned in the checkout. Failure of KYC will lead to order cancellation and refunds. A cancellation fee of 15% will be applicable on the same and remaining amount will be transferred back within 5-7 Working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Festivals, National or Special days).
3.2.1 Special Case of KYC Failure: In case the customer provides the fake or manipulated documents related to KYC in order to procure the sensitive items like Acids or Chloroform, the order will be cancelled immediately with any refunds. Such amount will be donated in some charity and proof of the same will be provided to customer within 60-90 Days from the date of cancellation.
Return of Physical Goods:
4.1 Return Process: Return of physical goods is not applicable; solely replacements will be facilitated for damaged items.
Refund Method:
5.1 Refund Methodology: No refunds will be issued. Instead, damaged items will be replaced in case damages happened during shipping (A product unboxing video required).
Exceptions:
6.1 Cancellation Exceptions: Cancellation is permissible, and replacement / refund will be initiated only if we fail to dispatch the product within 10 days from the date of order confirmation. Once Approved, the refund will be processed within 2 working days and will be credited to your account within 3-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Festivals, National or Special days).
