Cancellation Policy:

To substantiate such claims, customers must provide a video recording during the unboxing process, clearly displaying the extent of damage.
2.2 Refund Request Time Frame: Customers must submit replacement requests within 24 hours of the product’s delivery.
2.3 Non-Replaceable Products: All products are inherently non-replaceable, except in cases where damage occurs during shipping.

Once Approved, the refund will be processed within 2 working days and will be credited to your account within 3-7 working days.
